Bohemian Roastery is a small family business based in Bend, OR.

We hand built our unique, small batch roaster and our artisan roasting technique produces an incredibly flavorful, nuanced cup of coffee. Wood fire is a moister roasting heat (compared to petroleum based/forced hot air roasting) which results in less acidity. More flavor-less acidity=your perfect cup.
